How to send money from a HOP branch
- Prepare your transfer
For the success of your operations, provide the following information for all sending operations: A valid identity document, the full name of the beneficiary corresponding to their identity document as well as their place of residence; the Amount to send plus fees.
To send to a bank account, enter the name of the bank and the account number of your beneficiary
To send to a mobile wallet, enter your beneficiary’s mobile number and country code.
- Visit one of our partner points of sale.
- Pay the transaction.
Hand over the amount to be transferred in cash,
Pay transaction fees directly at the counter.
- Notify your recipient and send them the reference number for direct cash withdrawal
For sending to a bank account or mobile, the recipient will receive money directly in their bank account or mobile wallet.
